Can you imagine riding in the car with someone who's going 60 miles per hour down the highway but they are asleep? You woudn't worry about being polite as you shake them and try to wake them up. In fact you may go to great lengths to make them uncomfortable. It's safe to say the average church attender in America is asleep. In this message we will look at how God began in 2020 to shake America more and more. We will look at how God has used evil nations to provoke, punish his people in the old testament. We will hear how God is making American Christians more and more uncomfortable in an effort to wake us up. We have a short time left to do the work of God and we can't afford to sleep. We will examine the Sleeping Bridegroom parable, as well as the historical Jewish wedding ceremony, to understand how God is coming back suddenly for those who are prepared. Will he find us sleeping, or will he find us working? Will there be a witness of God's glory for this generation to experience before time runs out? - Jeremy Jones
